Farm & Mountain Pastures
Many products used in
our kitchen come from
our own farm.
Every morning you'll find an
extensive breakfast buffet with fresh
milk and a selection of home made
products like bread, speck, marmelades,
joghurt, juices...
Our mountain pastures are
right at the end of the Ziller Valley,
in the beautiful Ginzling.
Our cows spend their summer
holidays up there and are colourfully
decorated for coming down
in Autumn.
