Children (in parents' room):

• 0-2 years free,
• up to 7 years 50%,
• up to 15 years 25%

Apartment prices

Important information:

• check in from 2pm
• check out 10am
• local tax + € 1,80 per adult and day
• children up to 15 years local tax free
• methods of payment: we ask you to pay on day prior to departure. Please make an advance payment or cash. Credit cards not accepted.
• no pets 

Booking and payment conditions:

• For terms and conditions of business Austrian Hotel regulations (see below) apply!
• Cancellations: interntional Hotel regulations apply!

Cancellation fees:

• up to 3 months prior to date of arrival no fees apply 
• up to 1 month prior to date of arrive no return of deposit
• up to 1 week prior to date of arrival 70% of total agreed price
• in the final week prior to date of arrival 90% of total agreed price

Austrian hotel regulations:

• Hotel contract conditions
• Cancellation insurance: European travel insurance

Smoking:

We ask you not to smoke in the apartments or hotel. Smoking on balconies allowed. Thank you for understanding.
